Easy Cherry Cream Pie Recipe
- 2 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or possibly almond extract
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker ready crust
- 1 (21 ounce.) can cherry pie filling
- Combine the first four ingredients and blend well till smooth.
- Spread proportionately into pie crust till filled, leaving a little room for the pie filling.
- Finally, spread the pie filling on top of cream cheese mix.
- Refrigeratefor 2 to 3 hrs till set.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
