Mocha Truffle Brownies

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Microwave 2 oz.
  3. chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
  4. or until butter is melted.
  5. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  6. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup coffee; mix well.
  7. Blend in 1 egg.
  8. Stir in flour; spread onto bottom of 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  9. Microwave remaining chocolate and cream in microwaveable bowl 1-1/2 min.
  10. ; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  11. Stir in remaining coffee.
  12. Beat remaining sugar and eggs in small bowl with mixer on high speed 1 min.
  13. or until thick and lemon colored.
  14. Add cream mixture; mix well.
  15. Pour over batter in pan.
  16. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  17. or until topping is set and edges begin to pull away from sides of pan.
  18. Cool completely before cutting to serve.
