Caramel Pudding Cake Recipe
- 1/2 c. Butter, softened
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 2 c. Cool water
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Combine flour, baking pwdr and salt; add in to creamed mix.
- Mix with lowfat milk.
- Stir in raisins.
- Spread into an 8-inch greased pan.
- Combine brown sugar and water; pour over batter in pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
