Caramel Pudding Cake Recipe

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Combine flour, baking pwdr and salt; add in to creamed mix.
  3. Mix with lowfat milk.
  4. Stir in raisins.
  5. Spread into an 8-inch greased pan.
  6. Combine brown sugar and water; pour over batter in pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
