Egg & Gluten Free Brownies

  1. Combine flour, cocoa, and salt; mix well.
  2. Whisk together water, flax meal , Stevia, applesauce, and vanilla.
  3. Add flax mixture to flour mixture.
  4. Mix until blended, but DON'T overmix.
  5. Pour into greased 8 inch pan.
  6. Sprinkle with walnuts (optional).
  7. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
