Light Chicken Pancakes
- 1 Chicken Tenderloin
- 1/4 Onion
- 10 leaves Basil
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 teaspoons Poppy Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Five Spice Powder
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- In a food processor, add all the ingredients (except the butter) and pulse until completely combined.
- Form pancakes with your hands.
- Preheat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Melt butter.
- Cook the pancakes 5 minutes and each side, or until chicken is completely cooked.
- Note: You can serve this with a light yoghurt sauce.
- Mix plain yoghurt with spices, dry herbs, salt and pepper.
