Super Easy and Yummy Chicken!
- 2 whole Chicken Breast, Defrosted Or Fresh
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Chopped Green Pepper, Onion And Tomato, Combined
- 1/2 cups Low Fat Sour Cream
- Oregano, to taste
- Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
- Lay the chicken in the bottom.
- Chop up veggies to equal one cup, then add to the slow cooker.
- Add the soup and stir around a little bit.
- Add a teeny bit of water as well (1/8 of a cup or so) just to help mix the soup up, and create more of a sauce.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper and oregano on top, then set on high for 4 hours.
- About 15 minutes before serving, add sour cream and stir, then set the cooker to warm.
- Serve on top of a baked potato!
- So yummy!
