Reduced Sugar Cranberry-Apple Pilgrim Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Unroll pie crust onto parchment-covered baking sheet; roll to 12-inch circle.
  3. Mix dry pudding mix and cinnamon in large bowl.
  4. Add fruit, nuts and 2 Tbsp.
  5. water; toss to evenly coat.
  6. Spoon onto center of crust; fold edge of pastry over fruit mixture.
  7. (Fruit in center will remain uncovered.)
  8. Beat egg and remaining water with fork until blended; brush onto crust.
  9. (Discard any remaining egg wash.)
  10. Bake 30 to 35 min.
  11. or until fruit is tender and crust is golden brown.
  12. Cool completely.
