Salsa Verde Goat Cheese Wraps

  1. Spread each wrap thinly with the goat cheese, leaving about a 1/2-inch edge all around.
  2. If the salsa is liquidy, strain some of the liquid out with a fine strainer before using.
  3. Spread the salsa over the goat cheese on each tortilla, and roll them up.
  4. Place on a large platter and microwave just until warmed, about 3 minutes.
  5. Place each wrap on an individual plate, cut in half crosswise, and eat out of hand.
