Salsa Verde Goat Cheese Wraps
- Two 10-inch wraps, rectangular lavash wraps, or burrito-size (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 ounces spreadable goat cheese, or as desired
- 1/2 cup salsa verde (tomatillo salsa)
- Spread each wrap thinly with the goat cheese, leaving about a 1/2-inch edge all around.
- If the salsa is liquidy, strain some of the liquid out with a fine strainer before using.
- Spread the salsa over the goat cheese on each tortilla, and roll them up.
- Place on a large platter and microwave just until warmed, about 3 minutes.
- Place each wrap on an individual plate, cut in half crosswise, and eat out of hand.
