Spicy Soy Milk & Sesame Noodle Sauce
- 3 tbsp or more Soy milk
- 1 tbsp Ground white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 1 dash Ra-yu
- Boil noodles (any kind you like), and rinse with cold water.
- Mix together all the ingredients except the ra-yu.
- Then add ra-yu (as much as you like).
- I like to add an ice cube to the dipping sauce.
- It keeps the sauce cool while it melts, thinning the sauce as you eat.
- On cold days, this is also delicious as a sauce for hot udon (or soba).
- (See next step)
- To make a warm soup for the noodles: Dilute the mentsuyu with 1 part hot water and 2 parts heated soy milk.
- Top with ground sesame seeds and ra-yu.
