Mexican Goulash

  1. Add macaroni to boiling water and cook for 7 minutes.
  2. Cook the first 3 ingredients in cast-iron skillet until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
  3. Drain off fat.
  4. Add tomato juice, macaroni, and spices.
  5. Simmer until liquid is almost absorbed.
  6. Note: Served with a salad, this makes a delicious meal.
