Beef Brisket Calzones
- 1 whole Batch Of Frozen Pizza Dough Or PW Cooks Pizza Dough Recipe
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 whole Small Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Red Pepper Chopped
- 1 cup Cooked And Shredded Beef Brisket
- 5 slices Deli Swiss Cheese
- 1 cup Cabot "seriously Sharp" Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

- Make pizza dough, courtesy of PWCooks or thaw your store bought frozen dough.

- Preheat oven to 395 degrees (F).
- 3.
- Saute peppers and onions in 2 Tablespoons olive oil over medium-high heat until soft and browned.
- 4.
- Assemble calzones: Split dough into 5 sections.
- Roll out pizza dough into large circles.
- Top each dough (on one half of the dough) with onions, peppers, brisket, shredded cheddar, and one slice of Swiss cheese.
- 5.
- Fold calzone over onto itself and seal the edges.
- Prick the top all over with fork.
- 6.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is browned and dough is cooked through.
