Beef Green Peppers On Rice Recipe

  1. While rice is cooking, lb.
  2. steak to 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Cut into 1/4 wide strips.
  4. Sprinkle meat with paprika and allow to stand while preparing other ingredients.
  5. Using a large skillet brown meat in butter.
  6. Add in garlic and broth.
  7. Cover and simmer 30 min.
  8. Stir in onion and green peppers.
  9. Cover and cook 5 min more.
  10. Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce.
  11. Stir into meat mix.
  12. Cook, stirring till clear and thickened, about 2 min.
  13. Add in tomatoes and stir gently.
  14. Serve over beds of fluffy rice.
  15. Makes 6 servings.
