Barbecued Pork Chops
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard dry
- 3 tablespoons sugar brown
- 4 tablespoons chili sauce
- 8 each pork chops
- Combine ingredients and mix well.
- Pour over seasoned chops in glass baking dish, cover and bake at 400F (200C) for 1 1/2 hours, uncovering last 30 minutes.
- Water may be added to make gravy.
- Delicious with ribs also.
