Pecan Chocolate Cookies Recipe
- 2 3/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (24 ounce.) pkg. 4 c.) Nestle Toll House semi sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c. minced pecans
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- In bowl, combine butter and brown sugar; beat till creamy.
- Add in Large eggs and vanilla extract; beat till light and fluffy.
- Gradually blend in flour mix.
- Stir in morsels and pecans.
- Drop by well rounded Tbsp.
- onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
- Allow to stand 2 to 3 min before removing from cookie sheets; cold.
- Makes about 3 dozen 2 1/2" cookies.
