Italian-Style Meatloaf
- 1 cup Kraft Regular BarBQ Sauce, divided
- extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cups fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
- 2-1/4 cups onions, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- 3/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 3 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 3 each eggs, beaten
- Reserve 6 Tbsp.
- (90 mL) barbecue sauce (or 2 Tbsp.
- 30 mL barbecue sauce for trial recipe).
- Mix remaining barbecue sauce with all remaining ingredients just until blended.
- Press into 3 (8x4-inch) loaf pans (or into 1 loaf pan for trial recipe).
- Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 50 min.
- ; brush with reserved barbecue sauce.
- Bake 5 min.
