Oven Baked Fish Sticks
- 3/4 pounds Cod Fillet
- 1/2 cups All Purpose Deep Frying Batter Mix, Dry
- 1/4 teaspoons Dill Weed
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 13 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- Canola Oil Spray
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together batter mix, and other spices.
- Set aside.
- In another shallow bowl, whisk together milk and vinegar to make a mock buttermilk.
- Spray Pam baking spray onto a heavy duty non-stick baking sheet.
- Slice cod fillet into 1-inch by 2-inch strips.
- Dip each fish stick into milk mixture, and transfer to the dry batter mix.
- Cover fish with batter mix and lay out onto the non stick baking sheet.
- Repeat until all fish sticks are battered.
- Spray all of the fish sticks one more time with Pam.
- Place in oven for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, flip each fish stick over and bake an additional 6-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
