Italian-Style Frittata
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil, divided
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 plum tomatoes, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Beat eggs, half-and-half, sour cream, 2 Tbsp.
- basil and pepper until blended.
- Spread potatoes evenly onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- Remove from oven; sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Top with tomatoes and Parmesan.
- Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie plate.
- Bake 40 to 45 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Top with remaining basil.
