Lemon Garlic Chicken
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 3 stick Celery
- 3 Carrots
- 2 Sweet peppers
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 pinch Lemon pepper
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 cup Rice
- 2 cup Noodles
- 6 large Potatoes included in oven
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Chop garlic into fine pieces, or crush.
- Mix with olive oil, oregano, and lemon pepper.
- Squeeze a fresh lemon's juice into the mix and stir.
- Add chicken breasts and set aside.
- Chop carrots, celery, peppers, mushrooms, and onion into large pieces.
- If you decide to use potatoes do the same.
- Add to chicken pot.
- Once oven is ready, put pot in for 50-60 minutes.
- The long wait is worth it!
- If you didn't chose potatoes for your side, decide between rice or noodles.
- For rice: 1 cup of white jasmine = 1 1/2 cup of water.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes, covered.
- Mix with soy sauce.
- For noodles: pick your favorite and add 2 cups to boiling water.
- Cook until soft and add a tomato sauce.
