Lemon Garlic Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Chop garlic into fine pieces, or crush.
  3. Mix with olive oil, oregano, and lemon pepper.
  4. Squeeze a fresh lemon's juice into the mix and stir.
  5. Add chicken breasts and set aside.
  6. Chop carrots, celery, peppers, mushrooms, and onion into large pieces.
  7. If you decide to use potatoes do the same.
  8. Add to chicken pot.
  9. Once oven is ready, put pot in for 50-60 minutes.
  10. The long wait is worth it!
  11. If you didn't chose potatoes for your side, decide between rice or noodles.
  12. For rice: 1 cup of white jasmine = 1 1/2 cup of water.
  13. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes, covered.
  14. Mix with soy sauce.
  15. For noodles: pick your favorite and add 2 cups to boiling water.
  16. Cook until soft and add a tomato sauce.
