Coconut Brittle Cake Topping

• 12 cup packed light brown sugar
• 14 cup melted butter
• 14 cup light cream
• 12 cup flaked coconut
• 14 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup Rice Krispies

1. Combine brown sugar, butter and cream in bowl, mix well.
2. Add coconut, nuts, and rice krispies.mix well.
3. Spread topping over warm cake.
4. Broil 3" from heat source for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
