Oven-Barbecued Cranberry Chicken

  1. Brown chicken in oil.
  2. Cook onion and celery in oil until tender.
  3. Stir in cranberry sauce and remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil and pour over chicken that you have put in a baking dish. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour.
  5. I do not use the oil; I use Pam.
  6. The last 20 to 30 minutes, I take chicken out and add to the sauce 1 to 2 boxes Rice-A-Roni long grain wild rice that I have already fixed like box says, but I leave the margarine out.
  7. I then lay chicken back on and finish cooking.
  8. I also use chicken breast.
