20-Minute Teriyaki Chicken & Brown Rice Dinner
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 small onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Five Alarm Chili Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken, onions and garlic; cook and stir 4 min.
- or until chicken is done.
- Add water, teriyaki sauce and broccoli; stir.
- Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in rice and nuts; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Fluff with fork.
