Baked Tuna With Shrimp Sauce
- 1 (7 ounce) can tuna fish
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons celery, chopped
- 12 cup cracker crumb
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 12 tablespoons flour
- 34 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 (6 ounce) can shrimp
- Flake tuna into greased baking dish.
- Combine other ingredients, except sauce ingredients and pour over tuna.
- Bake in 325* oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- To make sauce: Mix butter, flour, water, and lemon juice and cook over low heat until thick and smooth.
- Add pickle relish and shrimp.
- Serve over baked tuna.
