Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. Put oil, ginger, salt and garlic into wok or large skillet.
  2. Cook uncovered stirrring constantly for 2 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli, cauliflower, pepper, onion, pea pods.
  4. and celery stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
  5. Add stir fry sauce.
  6. Shut off heat, cover and let set for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with rice.
