Vegetable Stir Fry
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 cup broccoli floret
- 1 cup cauliflower floret
- 12 cup red pepper, strips
- 12 cup onion, slices
- 1 cup pea pods
- 12 cup sliced celery
- pepper
- 12 cup oyster sauce
- rice
- Put oil, ginger, salt and garlic into wok or large skillet.
- Cook uncovered stirrring constantly for 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli, cauliflower, pepper, onion, pea pods.
- and celery stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
- Add stir fry sauce.
- Shut off heat, cover and let set for 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
