Mexican Style Steak Recipe

  1. Cut steak into serving pcs, flour, salt and pepper; brown.
  2. Salsa: Heat oil quite warm.
  3. Add in garlic and onions; brown.
  4. Blend tomatoes and chilies.
  5. Add in to onion and garlic along with salt.
  6. Simmer uncovered 30 min, stirring often.
  7. Pour 1/2 of salsa over browned steak.
  8. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hrs.
  9. Serve remaining salsa over rice or possibly freeze to use on another steak.
