Beef Stuffed Peppers Recipe

  1. Cut tops from peppers and remove membranes and seeds.
  2. Cover peppers with boiling water.
  3. Cook 10 min; drain.
  4. Brown grnd beef, onion, celery and green pepper in skillet.
  5. Add in salt and rice.
  6. Spoon mix into peppers.
  7. Place in baking dish and pour catsup over top to cover.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min covered.
