Glazed Berries With Nectarines
- 14 cup brandy
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 150 g strawberries, washed, hulled and quartered
- 150 g blueberries, washed and dried
- 4 nectarines, sliced
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 500 ml prepared custard
- Gently heat brandy, sugar and jam in small saucepan until melted.
- Place berries in a bowl.
- Toss brandy mixture through.
- Refrigerate.
- Top berries with almonds.
- Serve with custard and sliced nectarines on the side.
