Linguini With Tuna, Black Olives and Tomatoes

  1. Coarsely chop the tomatoes, reserving the juice for another use.
  2. Heat oil in skillet until warm; add garlic; saute 1 minute.
  3. Add tomatoes, tun and olives; saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Meanwhile cook linguine in plenty of boiling salted water; drain.
  6. Toss with the tuna sauce and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
