Easter Ricotta Pie Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound ricotta
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 (16 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 pie crust
- Whipped cream
- Nutmeg
- Mix cheese, sugar, Large eggs, and pineapple.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Keep oven closed 1/2 hour.
- Top with whipped cream and nutmeg.
