hot and spicy walnuts
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 14 teaspoon cayenne
- salt, pepper
- 2 cups walnut halves
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- preheat oven to 300.
- mix spices together, add walnuts, drizzle with oil.
- spread out on a baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring twice cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn onto paper towels to cool completely.
