Pesto Pizza
- 2 pints Grape Tomatoes
- 1/2 cups Pesto
- 1 pound French Bread Loaf, Halved Lengthwise
- 1- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 420 degrees.
- Combine the tomatoes and pesto in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until tomatoes begin to burst.

- Then spread the tomato pesto mixture over both sides of the French bread.
- Then sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Then serve the Pesto Pizza.
