Spicy Corn Dog Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 2-quart casserole and set aside.
  3. Thoroughly cook ground beef in a large skillet; drain away all excess fat.
  4. Stir in the water, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, and hot dogs, mixing well.
  5. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer until mixture thickens alightly.
  6. Pour filling into casserole dish.
  7. Mix all ingredients for the topping in a mixing bowl until just blended, then spoon over topping, spreading equally.
  8. Bake in preheated oven 15-20 minutes or until the topping is nicely browned.
