Crockpot Chicken Tikka (Weightwatchers)

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chicken, rice and cilantro.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Lightly mist crock pot with non-fat cooking spray, and place chicken inside.
  4. Season with additional salt and pepper.
  5. Pour bowl of tomato mixture over top of chicken.
  6. Cook on low for about 6-8 hours or high for about 4 hours.
  7. Serve with brown rice, cooked.
  8. Serve over rice and top with fresh cilantro.
