Pasta Shrimpable
- 2 lbs medium shrimp, frozen
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen corn
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen carrots
- 1 12 cups whole wheat pasta (Rotini)
- 1 12 cups pasta (Rotini)
- 1 12 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 12 cup white wine
- In a large pot bring water to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook until tender.
- When pasta is done remove from stove, drain and rinse.
- Then in an extra large skillet or fry pan heat spices (except for bay leaf), garlic, and oil until you smell it.
- Add veggie cook in still soften.
- Add shrimp with (1 cup) white wine cook until shrimp turns pink un frozen.
- Then place pasta in skillet or frying pan add rest of white wine and bay leaf.
- Place cover top for 5min.
- Remove cover add any grated cheese (extra sharp cheddar) .
- BEFORE CONSUMING TAKE OUT BAY LEAF.
