Gift Cake

• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 cup butter
• 4 eggs
• 1 12 cups sugar
• 2 14 cups flour
• 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
• 34 cup cut up cherries, drained
• 12 cup chopped walnuts

1. Cream cheese and butter.
2. Add eggs 1 at a time.
3. Add sugar and vanilla mix well.
4. Add flour and baking powder mix until everything is smooth.
5. Add cherries and walnuts.
6. Grease 3 -1 lb coffee cans with Pam spray.
7. Divide batter into the coffee cans and bake at 325F for 1 hour.
