PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Luscious Lemon Cheesecake

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, juice, peel and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add eggs; mix until blended.
  3. Pour into crust.
  4. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  5. Cool.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  7. Garnish with COOL WHIP Whipped Topping and lemon slices.
