The Trick to Grating Daikon Radish
- 1 Daikon (bottom section)
- Use this section of the daikon for grating!
- The top section is a lot spicier.
- This is a basic daikon fact!
- Peel the daikon and chop into pieces
- Place into a blender, add a little bit of water and blend.
- Done!
