Blender French Dressing Recipe

• 3 tbsp. water
• 1 tbsp. paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. catsup
• 1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
• 1/2 c. lemon juice

1. In blender, mix on high speed, the first five (5) ingredients for 3 min.
2. Set on medium speed.
3. Pour in thin stream, alternately, the oil and lemon juice (start and end with oil), till thick and creamy.
4. Chill.
5. Makes 1 pint or possibly better.
