Cheesy Egg White Turkey Omelette
- 1 liquid egg whites
- 3 turkey slices (thinly sliced)
- 1 green peppers
- 1 red peppers
- 1 tsp cilantro
- 1 tsp adobo
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
- turn heat to med high.
- add olive oil
- when pan is hot add egg whites.
- the amount depends on how much you want.
- about 3-4 tblsp is good I say
- add diced green/red peppers
- add adobo, cilantro, 2 tblsp of cheddar and cayenne pepper
- As egg whites cook tilt pan to allow liquid to fall under the already cooked egg.
- Continue doing this until no more liquid is left on top.
- Easiest w/a rubber spatula
- Flip omelette in half and sprinkle remaining cheddar and peppers on top of omelette.
- turn off heat amd let sit for about a minute while cheese melts
