Crustless Cheesecake Recipe

• 2 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
• 4 Large eggs
• 1 c. white sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Mix together thoroughly.
2. Cream softened cream cheese, add in Large eggs, one at a time, beat well after each.
3. Add in vanilla and sugar, beat well.
4. Pour into 10 1/2 pie dish (greased with butter).
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
6. Remove from oven and let cook for 15 min.
7. Pour topping over cake and bake for another 5 min.
8. Chill.
