Crustless Cheesecake Recipe
- 2 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix together thoroughly.
- Cream softened cream cheese, add in Large eggs, one at a time, beat well after each.
- Add in vanilla and sugar, beat well.
- Pour into 10 1/2 pie dish (greased with butter).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
- Remove from oven and let cook for 15 min.
- Pour topping over cake and bake for another 5 min.
- Chill.
