Southern Ribs

  1. Take the rack of ribs-Pull off membrane.
  2. Season with Seasoned Pepper.
  3. Wrap and put in frig or on ice.
  4. Two hours before you grill-Pour a 1/4 cup of Southern Comfort over ribs and rub into meat.
  5. Use smoke chips in small pan as you grill on side of fire- I use Applewood or Alder.
