Creamy mashed taters
- 10 potatoes washed (I prefer to leave the skin on, that's where all the nutrients are! peel if u desire)
- 1 packages cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup milk (more or less depending on how creamy u prefer them)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp garlic powder more or less to taste
- throw taters in pot, cover with water, boil till done, about 20 minutes, drain
- place pot over medium heat, add butter, cream cheese and milk, get em nice and hot!
- add potatoes, mash mash mash!
- add seasoning, enjoy!
