Oatmeal Bourbon Bread-abm

• 1 package active dry yeast
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder
• 2 tablespoons Bourbon
• 1 14 cups very warm water

1. Add ingredients in the order the manufacturer suggests.
2. Irish Cream can be used instead of bourbon.
