Chili ( Slow Cooker Recipe)
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 28 oz diced tomatoes in juice
- 29 oz Tomato sauce
- 10 oz rotel tomatoes
- 16 oz kidney beans drained
- 16 oz pinto beans drained
- 2 small onions diced
- 1/4 cup celery diced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper diced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cup water
- Brown beef and drain.
- Add the water,boil and drain.
- Place meat and all of the ingredients in a slow cooker, cook on low for 6 hrs.
- or high for 4 hrs.
