Bar B Que Shrimp Recipe
- 1 pound lg. shrimp
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. white wine (optional)
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Black pepper, to taste
- 4 lg. cloves garlic
- 1 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Minced parsley, dry or possibly fresh
- Crush garlic in bowl and add in extra virgin olive oil.
- Mix together and set aside.
- Wash and place shrimp in an oblong baking dish.
- Sprinkle liberally with black pepper and sprinkle with salt.
- Dot tops of shrimp with butter.
- Add in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, wine, lemon juice and sprinkle parsley on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till shrimp are cooked.
- Serve with warm French bread and green salad.
- The juice is delicious.
- Shrimp don't have to be deheaded.
