Kim's Chicken Salad
- 3 cup pre-cooked, cooled and cubed chicken breast
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp powdered chicken bullion
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 3 each chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- 1 1/2 peeled, cored and chopped apple
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- Mix together in no particular order, put on your favorite bread for sandwiches, stuff a tomato or an avocado, serve open faced after grilling under the broiler on toast with sharp cheddar cheese.
