Pork and ginger Udon noodle stir fry

  1. Discard marinade and place just sliced pork into large, hot saute pan with alittle oil
  2. saute until meat is no longer pink
  3. add broccoli slaw and saute for 4 minutes
  4. add udon noodles and rest of ingredients
  5. stir well to incorporate all the ingredients
  6. saute another few minutes
  7. note* you want to keep alittle crispness to the vegies
  8. serve hot with soy sauce on the side if you like
