Crusted Chicken in Salsa Verde

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine cracker crumbs and mayo.
  3. Spread salsa onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with chicken; spread with crumb mixture.
  5. Bake 20 min.
  6. Top with cheese; bake 5 min.
  7. or until melted.
  8. Sprinkle with cilantro.
