Liz's Macaroni And Cheese Recipe

  1. Cook macaroni till hard, not too soft.
  2. For white sauce, heat butter over low heat.
  3. Add in flour, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir till well-blended, a wire whisk is best.
  5. Gradually stir in lowfat milk.
  6. Cook, stirring constantly, till smooth and thickened.
  7. Add in chunks of Velveeta cheese (marble-size to 1 inch).
  8. Stir constantly.
  9. Pour cheese, white sauce over macaroni; stir well.
  10. Serves a small army (at least 10 people).
