Mocha Sundae Sauce

• 125g TOBLERONE* Dark Chocolate, chopped
• 1 cup cream
• 1/4 cup caster sugar
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• ice-cream, to serve

1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
2. Stir until smooth and the sauce is warmed through.
3. Serve over ice-cream.
