Barbecue Zucchini Recipe

  1. Place sliced zucchini and onion on sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and fold up sides slightly to make container.
  2. To dry salad dressing, add in vinegar and oil; pour over vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Fold foil to make well sealed pocket and place on grill 20 to 25 min or possibly in covered casserole dish 30 min at 400 degrees.
